香港家庭福利會屯門（東）服務中心 – 小荳芽駐園社工計劃為本校幼兒及家長提供咨詢、個案輔導、資源轉介、家長教育及親子活動、定期專業及教師培訓、危機處理及介入等服務。
服務詳情：
諮詢服務 ~ 學生、家長可透過諮詢服務，諮詢學校社工的專業意見或尋求簡短的輔導服務。
個案輔導 ~ 學校社工透過個別面談、電話聯絡、家訪或個案會議，提供專業個案輔導服務。
資源轉介 ~ 學校社工除個案輔導外，更會按家庭及學生的需要，轉介至合適的地區資源或其他專業服務，以提高家庭的支援網絡。
家長教育及親子小組/活動 ~ 學校社工透過不同活動 / 小組，接觸校內家長及學生。既可提供家長親職教育，讓家長了解幼兒成長需要，掌握正面管教技巧，防止虐兒事件的發生；又可及早連繫家長，建立互信關係，讓家長能坦誠分享，及早識別有需要的家庭。
School Social Work Services (Kindergarten)
Hong Kong Family Welfare Society – Tuen Mun (East) Service Centre – Nurturing Seeds Kindergarten Social Work Service has provided school social work stationing service at kindergarten including Consultations, Counselling Casework Services, Referral Services, Parenting Activities, Parent-child Programs, Regular Professional Teachers’ Trainings, Emergency Casework Services.
Service Description
- To provide consultation to students and their parents.
- To provide professional counselling casework services for students and their parents through interview, telephone contact, home visit and case conference.
- To provide referral services to appropriate services for the children and family.
- To conduct education and support services for parents and activities for developing potentials of students and their parents: Identify children and families in need through observations, groups, activities and regular meeting with parents and students, early intervene and protect children under risk and domestic violence through casework approach. Use different parent-child activities to alleviate the unfavorable impacts on the development of children, and strengthen the parenting capacity of the parents.
- To provide training and support services to teachers: identify the needy children and families and strengthen capacity of the teachers.
- To provide crisis management and training to schools, and provide assistance when crisis occurs.
